To open an account and use services at ag365, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is entirely prohibited.
• You must open the account in your own name and for your own personal use — operating an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be confiscated.
• Employees of ag365 or their immediate family members are not eligible to play on the platform.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information will result in account termination.

• Keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited.
• Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to ag365 support immediately.
• You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. If your password is lost or stolen, you must contact support immediately.
• ag365 may request proof of identity at any time for account verification purposes. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

ag365 processes transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods.

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Deposited funds will be returned only via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The withdrawal account must match the name on the registered account.

ag365 offers various types of bonuses. Each bonus has its own conditions that must be met.

Welcome Bonus:

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳20,000.

Wagering Requirement:

• The wagering requirement for a bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.
• Example: If you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳15,000 (৳1,500 × 10) before withdrawing.
• While a bonus is active, only bets placed on specified games will count towards the wagering requirement.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account, device, IP address, or household.
• When winnings are generated using bonus funds, the deposit amount is used from the balance first, followed by the bonus amount.
• ag365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion without notice.
• If fraudulent or unusual betting patterns are detected, the bonus will be forfeited.

ag365 has four VIP tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active play. Cashback is credited as a bonus and wagering requirements may apply.

ag365 is committed to operating a safe and trustworthy platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or error on the platform. If you find such an error, you must report it to support immediately.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Falsely presenting yourself as an ag365 employee, another player, or a representative.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be terminated immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

ag365 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. Treat gaming as a source of entertainment, not income.

• You can set deposit limits, bet limits, and session time limits on your account.
• If you feel the need, you can self-exclude your account temporarily or permanently at any time.

• No content on the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without the written permission of ag365.
• Downloading, scraping, or automatically collecting any part of the platform is prohibited.
• ag365's trademarks or brand names may not be used for commercial purposes.

ag365 uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to protect your personal information.

• Your registration and transaction data is stored on secure servers.
• ag365 does not sell your personal information to third parties. However, information may be shared where required to fulfil legal obligations.

ag365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:

• If any breach of these terms and conditions is identified.

• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

Before closing an account, ag365 will notify you where applicable. If there are legitimate funds in the account, they will generally be returned unless they are subject to forfeiture due to fraud.

ag365 is not liable for any losses arising from the following situations:

• Losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connection failures.
• Losses resulting from your own negligence or failure to comply with these terms.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access to your account.
• Losses caused by events beyond ag365's control (force majeure).

ag365's maximum liability will never exceed the total balance in your account.

ag365 reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue any part of its service at any time. Where possible, members will be notified as early as possible.

If a dispute arises, please contact ag365 support first. The support team will attempt to resolve the dispute fairly and promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached through support, both parties will attempt to reach a resolution through mutual discussion.

ag365 may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication.

• For significant amendments, a notification may be sent to your registered email or account.
• Continued use of the platform after any amendment will be taken as your agreement to the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the right to close your account.
